A comprehensive Ivanhoe phone directory compiled from information parents have given us, is printed in October and given to every family. The directory is an efficient way for families to contact one another about school and social business, and upcoming events. THE DIRECTORY MAY NOT BE USED TO SOLICIT FAMILIES FOR SERVICES, BUSINESS VENTURES OR CHARITIES.

1. Don't fill this out if you are a returning family and your information was correct in last year's directory.

2. If there are changes only fill out the name portion and what has changed.

3. If you have siblings at Ivanhoe only one form per family. Use the box below to fill out the siblings name. We use a database and will only need to add parents once.
