Parking

Parents take a moment to check the parking signs before leaving your car to pick up your child.

You can get a parking ticket by the city. Read the signs below for an explanation.

Also when you are facing uphill, turn your back tires toward the curb so you won't roll down the street. Facing Downhill, turn the front tires toward the curb so your car won't roll down.

Herkimer First Sign

In effect on school days only: Passenger loading only during these times. Your car can only be there for 5 minutes during loading and unloading, but you must stay in your car.

You can park for up to 2 hours 9AM to 1:30 PM.

Avenel Alley

Only park inside the designated parking areas.

Herkimer Second Sign

Same as Herkimer First Sign

Auburn (near gate)

In effect on school days only: Passenger loading only during these times. Your car can only be there for 5 minutes during loading and unloading. You can park for up to 2 hours 9AM to 1:30 PM.

Herkimer Third Sign

In effect on school days only: Passenger loading only during these times. Your car can only be there for 5 minutes during loading and unloading. You can park for up to 2 hours 9AM to 1:30 PM. (in direction of arrow)
No parking, standing, stopping from 7AM to 5PM on school days. This is reserved for school busses and LAUSD deliveries.

ALWAYS LOOK AT THE DIRECTION THE ARROWS POINT, TO DETERMINE WHICH SIGN APPLIES TO YOUR CAR.
