Jobs include working the door, restocking books, and helping students find books and figure out sales tax for them.

Want to Cashier?

In addition to the shifts listed in the next page, we need a core team of cashiers. Cashiers need to be available for some light, advance training prior to the fair. Please contact Please contact tbd if you are interested.

Want to Volunteer?

This is a parent led program that helps our children to become excited about books. We need everyone's help.

What book vendor are we using?

This year we have a new book vendor partner.  Stay tuned for this years new vendor

When does my child purchase books?

Each classroom will be given a day that they will go into the book fair.  It is also open before school 8:00 am, recess, lunchtime and in the afternoon.  You will also have an opportunity to purchase books Friday night during the 5th grade event.

Is this a school event?

This is not an Ivanhoe Elementary event, but a Friends of Ivanhoe fundraiser.  Parents are in charge of managing the schedule of volunteers, set up and clean up.
